Our topic today is to burn fat

Introduction
before we start, I know there are people who have done a lot of things to lose weight, yet they are not getting anywhere simply because they are not just getting it.

Many people have bought countless materials on the issue of losing weight but have found out that they are not losing it. Many people wonder, What could be wrong?Research has shown that you burn a higher percentage of fat while training at this intensity. People were quick to conclude that this must mean you lose more fat

At this point, what do you do to get your body into a fat burning phase?
In other words,  after intense exercise, the body has to work even harder to restore equilibrium to our body temperature, respiratory rate and hormone levels. this requires high amounts of oxygen, a process known as Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC). With this increased demand for oxygen, more fuel is required from our body during post-workout recovery to achieve homeostasis. And guess what the primary fuel is during this process? FAT!.

The truth is we burn fat everyday, whether we eat or we don’t. As long as we are alive and mobile fat burn takes place. However, what we want is an obvious fat burning that depreciates our overall sizes both in weight and size. To achieve that we need a calorie deficit.

There is no doubt that Insulin is a hormone that processes sugar from carbohydrates in the body. When you eat foods that have a high carbohydrate content, insulin is released to compensate for the amount of carbs in your body. In other words, when you have high level of carbohydrate in your body, your insulin level is also elevated You need to do a total internal cleansing of your system or body. You can do this by changing your diet with plant based proteins ،The work of plant based protein in the body is to “unlock” the weight loss resistance that has been created in the body and force the body to start burning fat once again.

According to scientists, the secret to burning fat lies in creating a hormonal environment in the body where insulin level is lowered or reduced. In other words when you eat your bread or yam in any quantity, insulin rices to the occasion. And one thing insulin does pretty well is storing fat in the body.

you need to avoid eating cards for few days and concentrate on protein foods such as beans, soybean, tons of vegetables, fruits, plantain, potatoes and lean protein from eggs and fishes.

first of all Consumption of large amounts of vegetables makes you full, less hungry and control your sugar cravings (which may result to release of insulin).
Additionally, vegetables contain lots of micronutrients responsible for solidifying the immune system of the body and hence you’re less likely to succumb to illness.
secondly Eating lots of plant foods like vegetables, onions, cuccumber, etc guarantees that your diet has less of carbohydrates that will trigger insulin release, thus making the body more alkaline and very conducive for a healthy fat burning environment.

The reason for the ‘fat burning zone’ idea comes from the fact that our bodies use a mix of fat and carbohydrates to fuel the energy needs of our cells, and the percent from fat and carbohydrate can vary depending upon the intensity of the exercise. When a person goes from a resting state to exercise, energy expenditure increases (calories burned) to meet the increased demand of energy by the muscles. When exercise intensity is low, or when we are in a resting state, the body uses primarily fat as fuel. Therefore, a lower intensity workout does use primarily fat for fuel. As the intensity of the exercise increases, the body shifts and relies more heavily on carbohydrate for fuel.
